Plumbing

Dripping or running water from a joint, fitting, or supply line. We find the source, stop the leak, and check for hidden moisture nearby.

Repair or replace a hose bib that drips, won’t shut off, or has been damaged by a freeze. We carry common sizes on the truck.

Swap out an old or failing kitchen faucet. Supply your own faucet or we can source one. Includes new supply lines and valve checks.

Running toilets, weak flush, seal leaks, or a full replacement. Most toilet repairs are straightforward and can be done in one visit.

Humming, not spinning, or leaking below the sink. We repair or swap out disposals and make sure the drain connection is solid.

P-traps, supply lines, shutoff valves, or drain connections that are leaking, corroded, or need upgrading. Kitchen and bathroom.

Slow or fully stopped kitchen drain from grease, food buildup, or a soap blockage. We clear the line and check the trap and vent.

Hair and soap in shower, tub, or sink drains. We use the right tool for the depth of the clog rather than guessing.

Multiple drains slow at once, or sewage backing up into a tub or floor drain. This usually means the main line. We diagnose first, then clear.

A drain camera shows us what’s actually inside the line: root intrusion, bellied pipe, grease buildup, or a crushed section. No guessing.

High-pressure water flush that cuts through years of grease and buildup that a standard snake can’t reach. Good for kitchen drain lines.

If the camera shows a damaged or compromised main line, we can give you repair options. We do the camera inspection first so you know exactly what you’re dealing with before spending a dime on repair.

No hot water, lukewarm only, strange noises, or a pilot that won’t stay lit. We diagnose and repair before recommending a replacement.

Tank water heater replacement, gas or electric. We haul the old one out, install the new one to code, and test it before we leave.

Thinking about going tankless? We can tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your home size and water usage, and install it right if you go that way.

Required in many newer homes with closed-system plumbing. Protects your water heater and pipes from pressure spikes.

The anode rod inside your tank protects it from rusting out from the inside. We inspect and replace it if needed — usually part of a tune-up visit.

FAQ

It depends on the job. A simple drain clearing is different from replacing a water heater. We give you a price before we start any work, so you decide whether it makes sense. Most straightforward repairs — a clogged drain, a running toilet, a supply line leak — are done in one visit. We can give a rough range over the phone if it helps you plan.
We do our best to get to emergencies quickly. Call the main number — if we can’t get there ourselves, we’ll tell you straight away so you can call someone else. We do not leave people waiting without an answer.
It varies by the time of year and what we have going on. Call or request a quote and we’ll tell you what the next available opening looks like. We keep time for same-day and next-day calls for leaks and emergencies.
For most jobs, yes — we need to show you what we found and get your approval on the price before starting. If you need to step out after we’ve started, that works fine once the job is underway.
Cash, check, and all major credit cards. We also offer financing on larger jobs — ask when you call.
We can give you a range. Most of the time we need to see it in person to give you a firm number — what looks like a simple drain clog can be a main line issue, and we don’t want to quote you one thing and charge another. We tell you the price before we start. There are no surprises.
